Perfect low cost hotel with courteous and very, very nice staff members on shift. Had standard queen room with sofa bed, the TV plus bathroom. Marvellous setting, near to nature reserve and Manchester/motorways.

the hotel provided great prices. i was offered an extensive breakfast for soya milk as dairy free. the room was cheap and spotless with my 3 children under 10 - i thoroughly enjoyed it.

Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel with a main bar, everything was good. The room was n't cleaned bedding and available with TV and fan. The location was great and handy in the nice area. I ate at the attached restaurant near the venue.

The location was great and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Even the Manchester airport was not so far, 27 minutes drive away. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh meals.
